My stun gun doesn't work!

If there is a message or email i have received the most in the past year and a half is from customers asking why their stun guns don't work.

It is that common that i decided to make a video to explain them how it functions, so instead of writing an explanation over and over, i just send them a link.

If you have been wondering the same thing, here it goes:

The stun gun i bring to my shop has a special feature: A safety pin. This pin allows you to be the only one who uses it. In the case that someone takes it away from you, they can't use it against you because for that they will need the safety pin (You probably have it on your wrist). The only thing they can do is turn on the safety light but they can't activate the stun mode. This safety feature prevents children from playing with it and getting hurt (Avoid leaving your stun gun where you know children can reach)

As soon as you get your stun gun, put it to charge for 6 to 8 hours (Without the safety pin). A little red light will be on during charging time. For this you will see at the bottom of your stun gun a slide out bottom: Gently push it in and slide it out and you will see the plug. 

Once that charging time has finished, unplug it, insert the safety pin and test it out. By "test it out" i mean to listen to the shock so you get familiar with how loud it is supposed to sound when it has enough battery. A change in how strong it sounds will indicate the need to charge it again. (If you are not using it, charge it at least every 2-3 months)
